Leaps, Learning and a Move Down Under
Gemma joined Kainos over four years ago, starting in our Digital Services Talent Acquisition team. She thrived on connecting with candidates and supporting new starters but soon felt ready for a new challenge. Curious about technology and eager to stretch herself, she made the leap into a more technical role as an EDM Consultant in Workday Product.
More recently, Gemma relocated to Australia. With full support from Kainos, she seamlessly continued her work while adapting to a new time zone and culture.
Today, Gemma leads client calls across the APAC region, builds trusted relationships, and delivers results - all while discovering new personal and professional strengths.
