Since its launch in 2011 the Kainos Academy has been the catalyst for countless career success stories. We have been dedicated to supporting our people and getting them to where they want to be. And with over £1 million invested annually we’re making a global impact, narrowing the tech skills gap, providing new routes into the industry and championing diverse career development around the world.
