This is our recruitment process
1. Application review
Your CV will be first reviewed by our recruitment team and the hiring managers from appropriate departments. You’ll receive the feedback via email.
2. Phone call with
a Talent Partner
You’ll have a chance to learn more about the role and the company during a quick 15-minute call with a recruiter. Let us know why you’d like to join Kainos!
3. Online Meeting
You’ll meet the Capability Leads and other team members for a 1 hr conversation. Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a practical task. You will have time to ask questions, so you can get to know us better.
4. Group task
In the final stage of the recruitment process, you'll be invited to a group exercise held online, where you'll meet other candidates and solve a query.
5. Offer
If the online meeting goes well, you’ll be presented with a job offer. We’ll provide you with all the support needed to make a right decision - and then welcome you onboard!
